Convenient, comfortable, and stylish stay in Kawasaki

The hotel is very well located, close to transportation, restaurants and shopping. The style and finishings are quite nice. Rooms are spacious and the laundry facilities were great. Bed was very comfortable.

While the room was spacious, we wished it included a desk.

Wonderful

Superb location next to Kawasaki station and the extensive eating, shopping and transport complex. Wonderful relaxed breakfast with plenty of choice and attentive staff. Spacious, quiet, well designed and comfortable room that provided good storage, seating, and a table. Excellent wet room with deep and wide bath and a powerful rain shower/spray shower. Good facilities- plentiful washing machines (and the chance to play the Atari machine while waiting for the laundry), microwaves and ice machines. Great staff- housekeeping, front desk, and breakfast were efficient and helpful. A short train ride away from Haneda Airport. All at a good price. I hope to return.

A fine stay near a train station

Good location near the train station. As lodging at Tokyo or Yokohama was more expensive, I treated it as an alternative for an overnight before/after a train trip.

Room floor was obviously not well vacuumed. Called the front desk and they promptly took care of it.

Great communication from the hotel. I kept the hotel notified of our flight changes, and received prompt responses from the hotel. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 2.00am, the reception staff were extremely helpful. We had a 12.00 noon check out to allow for a little extra sleep.

Can't think of anything I disliked.

Excellent hotel in Kawasaki

Enjoyable experience to stay 5 nights there. Superb location. Close to train station. Lots of shopping malls and restaurants around the hotel. Hotel is big and clean. Nice and cool laundry room. Professional and friendly staffs. Dinner buffet in the hotel was good. The staff delivered our luggages from the lobby to our room when they saw us with lots of the luggages. Excellent service!

No shower cap provided in the toiletries.

This hotel was in a great location at a major JR station with tons of shopping in the vicinity.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel. The room, staff, breakfast buffet...they were all really excellent. The breakfast was very big with a variety of different foods. We have three kids, and they all found things they loved. That's very rare. We also appreciated the male concierge at the hotel. We didn't get his name, but he went out of his way to help us get tickets to a Japan Women's Basketball League game. It made our visit that much more memorable.

It was quite expensive compared to the other hotels we stayed at during our trip.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean and perfectly located—right next to the train station and a large shopping mall, with several convenience stores just steps away. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the provided sleepwear and complete set of toiletries. Our room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of five (2 adults and 3 kids). We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip!

Excellent location and extremely convenient to public transportation.

Was only disappointed on our room assignment. There was a wonderful city view on one side that the hotel faced, the other side, faced the JR Railway. Unfortunately we were on the railway side.

Great location for rail travel

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station. The amenity kits are great for travellers. The car rental company is right located on the ground level of the hotel building.

The hotel is adjacent to the office tower. No view from the room.

Excellent staff with high degree of professionalism and hospitality

I am deeply impressed by the professionalism of the staff. They attended to my needs beyond my expectations when they handled the packages received at the facility under my name. They also took actions in anticipation of my needs.

Although I understand the check-in policy, I would have appreciated some more flexibility if the room had become available for check-in a little earlier than 15:00.

Other than bathroom excellent stay.

Nice and close to station. Excellent and friendly staff!

The wheelchair room really needs a few towel hooks in bathroom. The portable folding towel holder reduces bathroom space by a lot and greatly reduces wheelchair accessibility.
